Federal Funding for kidappolis

Title I Part A Funding

Increasing the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged
The largest source of federal funding to schools is from Title I, providing over $16B to schools that serve a large number or percentage of children from low income families to ensure that these children meet challenging academic standards.

Title III Funding

Provides over $700M in funding to support English learners and their families

Title IV Funding

Student Support and Academic Achievement 
Block grant that provides over $1B in funding to school safety, well rounded edcation, and education technology initiatives. Districts receiving more than $300,000 from Title IV can spend up to 60% of this funding on technology for teaching and learning.

ConnectED Grants

The ConnectED Initiative is designed to enrich K-12 education for every student in America. The initiative seeks to upgrade district wireless connectivity, train teachers, and encourage private sector initiative to create tools for personalizing learning and preparing students for College and Career Readiness.
